Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): 

Provide exceptional customer service to the vendors, manufacturers, global hub staff and customers 

Create and handle service calls, and work orders 

Communicate to proper parties for handling 

Communicate status updates via email communication 

Follow prescribed work instructions outlining all hub processes

Essential Functions: 

Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests. 


Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel):  

* Proficient with Windows OS, Word, and Excel. 

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills required. 

* High school diploma or equivalent required. 

* Generally prefer 1-6 years customer service experience. 

* Transportation/logistics/warehouse experience preferred. 

* Adaptability in a fast paced environment a must.
